Dry red wine, 750ml. Variety: Monastrell. DOP Jumilla. The Monastrell variety, synonymous with fruit and intensity combined with a bold wine, with a light touch of wood that results in a wine of great expression. Fermentation takes place over a period of 6 to 8 days, at a temperature of 26/28ºC. The wine remains in contact with the skins for maceration for a period of 5 to 10 days. The wine remains in French and American oak barrels for 3 months. Tasting notes: Cherry red colour with violet edges. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruit, sweet spices, toast and coffee notes predominate. On the palate, it is fleshy, smooth and fresh. Ripe and sweet tannins.
